Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems—drain, water, and gas
Provide honest, solution-based sales in a non-pushy, customer-focused way
Perform plumbing maintenance and upgrades as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Occasionally respond to after-hours emergencies (with support available)
2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across common residential systems
Proven ability to build trust and close in-home sales
Comfort working independently during evening hours
