Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in our system
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
3+ years' of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, customer-first attitude and team mindset
Basic computer skills (training provided)
