As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that guides our customers from first contact to job completion—making a real impact every day.
Shift: 8AM-6PM Saturdays & Sundays (In-office)
Location: Bedford Heights, Cleveland, OH
Essential Responsibilities:
Dispatch technicians to job sites with efficiency and precision
Manage inbound customer calls and assess service needs
Schedule technicians for emergency and routine visits
Provide top-tier customer service throughout every interaction
Maintain accurate logs of vehicles, equipment, and job progress
Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing and organizing
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive environment
Flex to other duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior dispatch or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Problem-solving ability and sound judgment

Pay:$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience
