What You’ll Be Doing: We're looking for an experienced Residential Drains & Sewer Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.

• Install & Repair: Expertly install, repair, and maintain residential drain and sewer lines, including clearing blockages, replacing damaged piping, and ensuring proper flow.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Use advanced tools (camera inspections, augers, hydro-jetting) to identify clogs, leaks, and root intrusions, delivering efficient, long-term solutions.
• Project Execution: Work closely with team members to complete repairs and installations on schedule while exceeding homeowner expectations.
• System Integration: Connect and configure residential drainage systems to existing plumbing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions to build trust and satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing/drains experience
• Familiarity with drain service equipment
• Exceptional communication abilities, paired with a proactive customer-first mindset, are vital for success in this role.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred, not required
