What You’ll Be Doing: We’re looking for an Excavation Sales Consultant who combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills to deliver solutions customers trust.
- Consultative Sales: Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess excavation needs for water and sewer line installation or repair.
- Project Scoping: Evaluate site conditions, explain options, and provide accurate estimates based on local codes and specifications.
- Customer Education: Clearly communicate timelines, processes, and benefits of recommended solutions in a professional, approachable manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with excavation crews to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring long-term trust and repeat business.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in plumbing, excavation, or related field (sales experience preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of underground water and sewer systems.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to read site plans and understand local regulations.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
