Arco Home Services is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work.
Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)
Location: Bedford Heights, OH (servicing up to an hour out and back)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Complete seasonal tune-ups and maintenance visits that improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Educate Homeowners: Clearly explain findings, recommend repair options, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort systems.
- Support Installations: Assist with or perform equipment installations when needed. Installation experience is a strong plus.
- Identify Additional Service Opportunities: Recommend value-added solutions, accessories, repairs, and system upgrades that genuinely improve home comfort and energy efficiency.
- Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience: Build lasting relationships through professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners
- EPA Certification required (NATE Certification is highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work
