Arco Home Services is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work.

 

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

 

Location: Bedford Heights, OH (servicing up to an hour out and back)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
  • Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
  • Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate. 
  • Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
  • Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
  • Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!)
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
