What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and system replacements
• Provide recommendations with professionalism and integrity
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Installation experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Motivated, team-oriented attitude
